Join the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce on Thursday May 19th with keynote speaker Mr. Roy Kim, Owner/Developer of RKm Development.

 

Since 1992 Roy Kim has served as the General Managing Partner of Central Bethany Company.A commercial real estate development in Bethany Village, a 131 acre master planned community located in Portland. Bethany Village consists of a grocery anchored shopping center, multi building apartments of varying styles, several office buildings, a condominium community, and town homes. As well as a full service athletic center and a senior living community that includes independent living. assisted living and memory care apartments.

 

Roy Kim as RKm Development is also involved in several projects outside of Bethany Village. Including, Lascala Apartments, Food Hall, located in Downtown Beaverton; Lifeworks Northwest, located in Gresham and the multi-phased Downtown Rockwood development in partnership with Gresham Redevelopment Commission.
Mr. Kim received his B.S. from the University of California, Berkley and his M.S. From Stanford University, both in Civil Engineering. He is an active member in the community and serves on numerous boards and committees across the region.

 

His presentation will consist of his past, current and future waterfront project on the Columbia River. This will give the audience a chance to see what he has done and how he wants to engage the community in our waterfront development.
