First Time Homebuyer Class!
What are the steps to home ownership? How can you prepare?
An evening of FREE professional instruction, sponsored by the Washington Department of Financial Institutions, for first time home buyers will be offered at Evergreen Home Loans, 204 SE Park Plaza Dr. Ste 105 Vancouver, WA 98684 (in the conference room) on April 26th from 4:00pm-9:00pm.
Completion of the course fulfills buyer education requirements for Washington State Bond and USDA loans. A certificate of completion will be given to attendees.
Instructors are area veterans in lending and real estate Rochelle Gano - Evergreen Home Loans, and Lori Hausler – Prudential NW Properties.
Pizza and Refreshments will be provided.
